Membership Payment Options

Important

Wishaw Golf Club does not accept cash payment for membership fees. Our Playing membership runs from 1st March to the end of February each year. Fees must be paid in full by the 1st March each year. Our constitution allows for a 3 week grace period.

We offer four ways to pay your annual membership fee. Choose the option that works best for you.

Pay via ClubV1 Members App

Preferred method

Pay Our preferred payment method. Paying through the ClubV1 Members app updates your membership automatically, removes administration from the club office, and keeps you in full control of your account in real-time.

Log in using your HowDidIDo username and password. Go to Your Account to view your subscription balance and select your invoice to pay. You can also use the app to top up your members card for competition entry and bar spending.

Part Payment by instalments (ClearAccept) – pay what you can, when you can , until your balance is cleared.

Please Note: Fee invoices are issued in October each year for the following season, giving our members up to 6-months to pay their fees.

Full payment by bank transfer

Pay your full membership fee in one bank transfer. Use your membership number and name as the payment reference (shown at the top left of your subscription invoice.

You can also pay by debit card over the phone or in person at the club office, Monday–Friday.

Advance payment by Standing Order

Existing members

Existing members can spread the cost of next season’s fees over 10 monthly payment, running April to January. Payments made in advance are automatically credited to your subscription each February.

To set up your standing order, use your online banking and quote your membership number and name as the reference. This is not a credit arrangement – if you overpay, or wish to refund fees, the club will return the balance or carry it forward to the following year.

Spread the cost with Capital Credit Union

Wishaw Golf Club works with Capital Credit Union (CCU) to introduce members to a finance option that can help spread the cost of annual membership fees. CCU is an official supplier with Scottish Golf and provides a simple, ethical finance option.

How it works:

Complete a simple online application with CCU and select Wishaw Golf Club from the dropdown
CCU carries out the necessary checks and issues a decision and finance agreement
Sign the agreement electronically, set your preferred repayment term and method
CCU pays your membership fee directly to the club — you repay CCU in equal monthly instalments.
